Complaints
Section 29 of the Education Act 2002 states that schools must have in place a procedure to deal with complaints relating to the school and for any community facilities or services the school provides. The law also requires the complaints procedure to be publicised. There is a copy of the procedure in the policies section of this website. We would always work towards resolving any concerns or complaints.
If you have any concerns at any time please talk to the class teacher in the first instance or Mrs Gibbard.
